Our Pastor: Rev. Dr. Andy McClung

By the grace of God, Andy McClung was born, baptized and raised in the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. As an adult he remained in the Cumberland Presbyterian Church because it's theology and polity are a perfect fit. Ordained in 1995, he has served churches in Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas and Tennessee. He holds a Master of Divinity (1994) and Doctor of Ministry (2002) degrees. He teaches at Memphis Theological Seminary when needed, writes curriculum for the denomination when needed and serves the Church in many other ways, but his most important vocation is husband to Tiffany and father to Ian and Maggie. Andy's goal as a Christian is to glorify God; his goal as pastor is to help create a place where persons can hear and respond to God's call upon their lives, thereby growing in the knowledge and practice of Christianity.
